When a home is sold within one of the condominium or homeowners associations we manage, certain resale and disclosure documents are required by law and by the association’s governing documents.
To ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance, resale requests for our managed associations are processed by Community Archives, a third party resale and document fulfillment provider.

Who Is Community Archives?
Community Archives is an independent company that works directly with buyers, sellers, real estate agents, and lenders to prepare and deliver resale packages on behalf of the association.
They handle:
- Resale disclosure packages
- Governing documents
- Questionnaires and lender requests
- Association certifications and related documents
- Order tracking and delivery
Our management team does not collect resale fees or fulfill resale packages. All orders, payments, questions, and document requests related to resales are handled through Community Archives.

All resale orders must be placed directly through Community Archives’ online portal. This system allows users to:
