As President of Soniat Realty, I help community associations, property owners, and investors operate their properties more effectively and protect long-term asset value. With more than 20 years of leadership experience in operations, my work focuses on enhancing client experiences, improving financial oversight, strengthening vendor and maintenance systems, and helping boards navigate the complexities of association governance. I’ve led the growth of management portfolios from fewer than 6,000 units to more than 15,000 units while maintaining strong client relationships and operational discipline. My goal is always the same: bring structure, transparency, and long-term thinking to the management of real estate assets.
