Customer Resources (Condo Owners)

If you're a condominium owner managed by Soniat Realty, you're considered a Customer. Customer Web Access (CWA) allows you to view your account information and make payments securely online.

Customer Web Access (CWA)

Customer Web Access allows you to:

  • View open charges and transaction history
  • Make secure one-time or recurring payments
  • Set up automatic monthly payments
  • Access your property manager’s contact information
  • Send messages directly to management
  • Update your contact information and password

How to Set Up Your CWA Account

  1. Click Login at the top of the page and select Customers
  2. On the login screen, click Sign Up
  3. Enter your account number and the email address on file
  4. Create a password and continue
A valid email address is required.
