If you're a condominium owner managed by Soniat Realty, you're considered a Customer. Customer Web Access (CWA) allows you to view your account information and make payments securely online.
Customer Web Access (CWA)
Customer Web Access allows you to:
- View open charges and transaction history
- Make secure one-time or recurring payments
- Set up automatic monthly payments
- Access your property manager’s contact information
- Send messages directly to management
- Update your contact information and password
How to Set Up Your CWA Account
- Click Login at the top of the page and select Customers
- On the login screen, click Sign Up
- Enter your account number and the email address on file
- Create a password and continue
