To apply for an apartment/home, you must view the apartment, complete and sign a rental application and submit with a non-refundable $20.00 per person application fee. We will check credit reports as well as rent and job references. If you are receiving any type of assistance you will need to bring a copy of the income voucher to prove the income. A personal guarantee by a third-party may be allowed(see our RENTAL CRITERIA ). Please allow 2-3 business days to process applications. After an application is approved you will be asked to place your deposit immediately. Once you have put down the deposit you will be obligated to lease the unit.
