Does Soniat Realty own all of the properties listed?
A:
Soniat Realty, Inc. is a full-service property management company. Our principals and some of our managers do own their own investment properties but most of the properties are owned by others and Soniat Realty manages the properties on a fee basis.
Q:
Can I come get a key to the property?
A:
All of our apartments are shown by appointment. Contact the leasing agent to schedule.
Q:
Is there a charge for the application?
A:
There is a $20 application fee per applicant. The cost is only $20 per couple if married. The application fee is non-refundable

What are the criteria for approving applicants?
A:
We check rent reference, job reference and run a credit report. Click here to view the Rental Criteria.
Q:
Can I call on weekends for assistance?
A:
Soniat Realty has one or more property managers on duty to take emergency calls. Call the main office # (504-488-8988) and leave a message on the emergency line. The manager on duty will be paged to respond to your emergency. Non-emergency repair request should either be called into our office during regular business hours or email us your Repair Request.
